Global IT Manager
Based in Israel | Full-time
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global IT Manager to lead our corporate IT operations across multiple locations worldwide.
You will own end-user environments, identity lifecycle, SaaS platforms, and global IT operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead IT operations across all global offices
- Manage local IT personnel in multiple regions
- Own endpoint lifecycle (devices, MDM, compliance)
- Oversee IT asset management (procurement, deployment, disposal)
- Manage identity & access (SSO, user lifecycle, permissions)
- Oversee corporate SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, ERP, etc.)
- Manage local office networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and connectivity
- Define IT processes, policies, and standards
- Manage patching and endpoint updates across the organization
- Ensure backup policies and recovery readiness for corporate systems
- Work closely with Security to implement controls and support compliance
- Manage vendors, procurement, and IT costs
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT / Corporate IT roles
- Experience managing multi-site or global environments
- Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Intune / MDM solutions
• Identity lifecycle & SSO environments - Strong understanding of corporate networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls)
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones
- Experience in fintech / SaaS or regulated environments – advantage
- Familiarity with PCI DSS – advantage
- Experience with CrowdStrike – advantage
